COOKIES are a wonderful treat as they can be enjoyed throughout the day. They are perfect for breakfast and can be eaten leisurely or “on the run”; they are a delicious afternoon pick-me-up, as well. However, some say they are best enjoyed at an afternoon tea party, while wearing a fabulous hat.
Can you give us some background information about yourself?
I have a huge passion in cooking, baking and entrepreneurship since I was a kid. Once graduated from high school in 2005, I had a feeling that in the future (right from graduated from my uni) the most prospective industries are: computer (technology) and hospitality.
Surely I chose hospitality (hotel management) with a lil’ faith that at least 2 years after I graduated, I can have my very own business, small yet mine. I always keep in my mind that it’s better to be a shark (big fish, independent and have own direction) in a swimming pool rather than being teri fish (small fish; swimming together in a bulk in one direction) in the sea.
I started to cook and bake for business since my fifth semester in university, beside for making profit , I cook and bake for hobby and experience, sometime for charity – fund raising also. It’s always been a pleasure for me to see people smile and to see my products leave a special touch in their heart (not only in their stomach).
